Final Showcase Evidence Packet
The final is a bounded evidence defense, not a polish contest or proof of production readiness. Draft fields across both meetings; use one or two concise sentences per field.
Equal-credit routes: no public URL, prior app or
packet, live AI, account, paid tool, reliable network, spoken
performance, video recording, polished interface, personal career
disclosure, or certificate is required. Request a private or alternate
route without explaining a diagnosis.
1. Purpose and bounded capability claim
2. Visible demonstration plan
INPUT / STARTWhat will the reviewer first see?
ACTIONWhat bounded interaction or record is shown?
OUTPUTWhat visible result supports the claim?
LIMITWhat will this demonstration not establish?
Presenter control: never project credentials, private
prompts or chats, account/device screens, private paths, grades,
health or identity data, consent/assent records, unpublished peer
work, or notifications. Switch to the fallback immediately if private
content appears.
Process, claim, and human-control evidence
Each record names the evidence route and limitation. Recreate with Study Sprint if a prior packet is unavailable.
3. One human process decision
4. One claim and source trail
5. One security, privacy, safety, or human-control decision
Calibration: a source, screenshot, test, scan, AI
suggestion, or supplied record supports only the claim it actually
addresses. Do not claim complete accuracy, safety, security,
effectiveness, accessibility, or production readiness.
Make collaboration and revision visible
Citation/source records and assistance disclosure are separate jobs. No full chat or peer identity is required.
6. Assistance disclosure or no-AI statement
No-AI route: state that no AI was used and name any
course, peer, instructor, accessibility, or other human support that
materially shaped the work. Do not disclose a disability or private
support context.
7. One anonymous feedback record
Reviewer unavailable: use the fixed Study Sprint
dossier comment, structured self-review, or instructor review for
equivalent evidence. Do not invent a peer identity.
8. Bounded revision or justified no-change decision
Peer privacy: summarize the feedback without a name,
grade, contact detail, private conversation, or personality judgment.
Question response, limitation, and next step
The observable submission ends with a calibrated answer. Private course reflection remains separate unless the LMS explicitly requests it.
9. One difficult reviewer question
10. Final calibrated close
11. No-secrets and route statement
12. Submission check if assigned in the LMS
| Observable evidence | Status | Missing, blocked, or alternate-route note |

| Disclosure, anonymous feedback, revision | ||
| Question response, limitation, next step, privacy check |
If assigned: submit this packet, a rendered Rehearsal
Studio summary, LMS text, DOCX/export, scanned paper, speech-to-text,
an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) supported
response, or another approved equivalent. You may use the Studio to
draft this packet, but submit one final format only. The LMS supplies
points, deadline, late rules, accepted upload type, and resubmission.
Private reflection is not automatically part of this observable
record.
